this is a new raw choco recipe. today i was just feelin that me ‘n my friend needed a tropical holiday in our mouths especially while having our film marathon! of course, it is inspired also by choco goddess lady magic. again for the record raw cacao is fantastic for the skin because of its high natural sulfur content (like durian), which is also known as the ‘beauty mineral’. makes you release endorphins making you open up your heart mind, feeling super fantastic - especially when its not processed!!! and of course, raw choco not for everyone, but ya don’t need to choco hate because at the end of the day cacao is ancient food of love and bliss.
250 grams raw choco nibs
150 grams dried pineapple
150 grams coconut chips
1 heaping tbs swiss raw honey
1 vanilla bean
handful of goji berries
0.2 l coconut oil
pinch of etherium gold
pinch of crystal alpes salt
(next time i will try it with hawaii black lava salt ‘n manuka or hawaiian honey i am sure it would really give it that hula kick)
do IT >
1. pulverize your nibs in the blender, put it in a mixing bowl
2. next pulverize that sticky lovely pineapple, add to choco chips
3. next add vanilla seeds from bean, etherium ‘n salt
4. get your hands in there n make love to that magic bowl of loveliness
5. next add coco oil, mixxx it up more, spreading all the ingredients around evenly
6. now put the mixture in a nice silicone mold
7. throw it in the freezer for a few minutes if you want to eat it right away, especially because silicone conducts temperature making the chocolate cool faster!

raw vegan almond mylk with baobab, blueberry n reishi
i will make some poetic words to you my foamy blue tenderness - - -
its right about time for bed mmmm … .
i have laid naked all day on the beach eating mangos and soaking sun … .
but now its a blueberry night …
i could drink those almonds on their own …
but those lovely blue orbs await whizzing
so i throw it all in
half a liter of water, maybe over, who cares …
a handful of soaked almonds, a few blueberries
a little reishi, a little baobab, raw agave
the seeds of a long lovely vanilla stem from bali
and give it a whirl and whirl and whirling …
i lay on the kitchen table waiting … swirling …
for that love foam to cover my upper lip …
mmmmm … . its done in no time
and its all froth and ecstasy, all half a liter of it

its so easy to grow your own wheatgrass aka liquid sunshine! coz that’s what we want to drink right? all you need to do is sprout those wheat berries overnight, infuse with love and put them on top of some earth in a planter and watch them grow!
