HOW TO RAW LOVE

coco mango polvoron ♥
what is polvoron?
well …. polvoron is a filipino sweet and usually made with toasted flour, butter and sugar. however, one of the reasons i really enjoy to make raw food sweets is usually you have to grind up your nuts or seeds so it is ‘pulverized’, hence the name polvoron is something along the lines of a powdery like sweet cake.  i will post it up soon (my original recipe), but the first time i experimented to make polvoron was with cashews and maca, gives it such a nice malted taste.  its so close to the real polvoron, but completely guilt free and chock full of nutrients.  here i have used seseame seeds, below is the recipe, try it out xxx

ingredients:
500 grams sesame seeds
400 grams dried mango
250 grams medjool dates
500 grams coco chips

how to:
1. grind the sesame seeds powder fine in a blender, put it in a mixing bowl.
2. grind up coconut chips powder fine and add to sesame seeds.
3. grind up the dried mango powder fine, it can be sticky, no worries. oo soo colorful :)
4. pit the dates and add to a food processor to get a paste, add it to the powder mixture
5. add 0.5 ml coconut oil, now start mixing everything together with love, get your fingers in there making sure you blend the sticky paste in. you can add a little bit of water to add to the sticky factor.
6. now make little balls or cakes to your preference, if you have nice little silicone shape molds that works too, leave in the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes and serve. YUM

My dish I prepared its call ‘WHAT I CRAVE’ hee hee
i crave this dish most of the time, especially during the winter and of course its loveliest in the summer when you can get those ripe yummy tomatoes of LOVE!  Its pretty easy, here I have added corn, I thought that would be interesting to add as not many people eat corn raw, its pretty sweet and was a nice addition to me dish.
ingredients:
avocados - as many as you like
tomatoes - as many as you like
1 lemon - for its juice
pink salt - just a sprinkle to your taste
and that’s it!
1. cut it all up in cute little morsels
2. add lemon juice, here i have actually added also a splash of white balsamic vinegar, some sprouts and wild spinach for garnish. infuse with love and serve!

friday night love ‘n coach surfing = durian ‘n a shamana manna pot

what is durian?
durian is the most loveliest smelliest fruit, it totally turns me on! known as the king of fruit! it’s exactly who i want to have a friday night date with! high in natural sulfur, which is super good for skin, detoxing and more!
and a shamana manna pot?
a big bowl of creamy, yummy, shamanic transforming gooey loveliness to be eaten with a spoon straight and let it stick all over your mouth for a trip to the cosmos
2 spoonfuls of your favorite nut butter
1 spoonful mesquite
1 spoonful lucuma
1 spoonful honey
teaspoon crystal manna
teaspoon mucuna
teaspoon shamir
teaspoon etherium pink (or what u need)
1. mix all this goo together, add water to get it to the goo consistency you can handle. more water equal more lighter goo consistency.
2. infuse with shamanic intention and spoon it up for an out of body experience!  dont worry the stickiness brings you back very instant!  shamir is all about the shamanic journey … stuff is potent use sparingly, a sprinkle is enough.

raw vegan almond mylk with baobab, blueberry n reishi
i will make some poetic words to you my foamy blue tenderness - - -
its right about time for bed mmmm … .
i have laid naked all day on the beach eating mangos and soaking sun … .
but now its a blueberry night …
i could drink those almonds on their own …
but those lovely blue orbs await whizzing
so i throw it all in
half a liter of water, maybe over, who cares …
a handful of soaked almonds, a few blueberries
a little reishi, a little baobab, raw agave
the seeds of a long lovely vanilla stem from bali
and give it a whirl and whirl and whirling …
i lay on the kitchen table waiting … swirling …
for that love foam to cover my upper lip …
mmmmm … . its done in no time
and its all froth and ecstasy, all half a liter of it
